I ordered an arrangement for an event. The large, beautiful arrangement was delivered beautifully and on time. However, the plastic liner of the basket that the arrangement was in had a leak. After the funeral, the family took the flowers home and discovered this. I contacted Echovita expressing my disappointment that the family would not be able to enjoy the flowers for long. Echovita refunded my money, even though I had not requested this and did not even expect such generous compensation.

I placed an order for a simple vase of flowers & the order was never filled. At the funeral, I continued to look for my flowers thinking perhaps they were delivered to the house. Receiving an email 2 days later stating that my oder was not possible to fill really made me angry & forced me to place a call of apology to the deceased's wife. Don't use this business. You can't REST IN PEACE knowing your order will be delivered.

My flowers were not delivered. I received an email on the day of the funeral, after it had started stating the flowers were unavailable

There is no reason why they took 3 days to advise the flowers were unavailable, especially after the start of the funeral. They should have notified the customer when they received the order. Ordered flowers to send to a funeral we were unable to attend in person. Order was placed 2 days prior to the funeral. I received an email 2 days AFTER the funeral saying the flowers were unable to be delivered due to no florist availability.
Should have been notified the day before the funeral so I could have made additional arrangements.

Yes, you should have definitely been notified at least 24 hours before the funeral if your order couldn't be delivered. This means the local florist assigned your order did not fulfill the order, and when our partner, Blooms Today, contacted them regarding your order, they advised Blooms Today that they were unable to deliver the order. When this happens, the local florist is cautioned, and if it happens again, they are no longer sent orders to fulfill. We're sorry about the experience you had.
Site was easy to navigate.However, although it stated that flowers could be delivered to an Uncles funeral, I received a call informing me that they do not deliver in that area.
Was easy to use their site to see a range of flower and price options.
I was unable to attend the funeral these flowers were for, sadly. I believe the delivery notification indicated that they arrived after the hours of the service, so I'm hopeful they made it into the proper hands.

We ordered one flower but apparently two were received at funeral home. Haven't seen our MasterCard bill as of yet, but hoping only one billing! Will be very reluctant to use you service in the future.

You only ordered and were charged for 1 flower arrangement. If 2 separate arrangements were delivered on your behalf, that is an error by the local florist. I'm not sure why you'd leave a 1-star review because of an extra flower arrangement being delivered, even though you weren't charged for it. I've never heard of someone complaining about getting more than what they paid for. Thank you.
After getting notice of my delivery, from Blooms Today, after the expected delivery time, I requested confirmation of actual delivery time twice and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up and customer service. I now find out Echovita and Blooms Today are 2 different entities and I'm not sure how ordering thru Echovita even got me to Blooms Today. Either way, I still have no clue if the order I placed for a 10 am funeral 2 weeks ago, was delivered on time.

As you stated, you contacted them for the actual time of delivery since the delivery confirmation was sent hours after the service had finished. I advised that they need to contact the local florist today, and if the local florist cannot confirm the order was delivered on time, they will be refunding your order and contacting you directly by phone. The plant arrangements were received in time for the event, were nicely arranged and appreciated by the recipients.
I was like getting flowers ordered for a funeral but this site took my order and delivered lovely flowers in time.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
