People were nice but my experience was frustrating couldnt deliver to the funeral home then was called to get a home address to deliver to thought it was all worked out then I got an email later that day telling me they didn't deliver to that zip code. I then had to scramble and find a local florist that could go buy the arrangement and deliver it myself
Terrible experience. I was called twice to make decisions about my order, and then called a third time to be notified that my delivery address was out of bounds. This was for a funeral. Super disappointing, given the amount of calls I took to get the order right in the first place.

If there are issues with an order, it is standard to contact the customer in attempt to resolve the issue or at the least notify you of the issue. We've had customers complain that they were not contacted, now a customer complaining that they were contacted. You can see how this can be considered odd. You received excellent customer service and our partner tried to resolve the issues as they arose. If you didn't want to be contacted more than once, it would have been best to take the decision to cancel your order during the first call. We understand the importance of flowers for a funeral, as Echovita is an obituary website, so flowers ordered via our website are for funerals. This is why you were contacted because our partner, Blooms Today, wanted to provide the best service possible to resolve the issues.
I ordered funeral service flowers directly from the link on the funeral home through Echovita, paid for them, and thought I was all done. The next morning I got a notice requesting an alternative address. I supplied an alternative address. I was told no florist could be found to deliver the arrangement (this was less than 24 hours before the service) I ended up having to cancel my order, place a new order that was more expensive with a different company, who came through. Never again, Echovita.
Flowere were ordered online with ease. The arrangement was pretty, but smaller than I would have liked for the cost.
I do not know if the flowers were of good quality or not.

Furthermore, their phone number is shown over 10 times on our website including 4 times on the flower selection screen and in our FAQ section regarding flower orders. You were also sent a delivery confirmation email from Blooms Today, which you may have received in your spam. Your order was delivered to Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on February 15th at 2:50p.m., which was 1 hour and 10 minutes prior to the start of the service. Thank you.

Couldn't have been any easier. I went onto the Funeral Home website to read my friends obituary and Echovita website popped right up. Perfect timing, easy to use, reasonable pricing and many floral arrangements to choose from.
Since my flowers were never delivered I would say the experience was horrible.
I had ordered flowers to be sent for someone who recently passed away. I ordered it on Thursday for delivery on Friday and received an order confirmation. I assumed everything was confirmed and there would be no issues with the delivery. I received an email from Blooms today on the following Monday letting me know that my order was cancelled as they were not able to locate a florist to fulfill my order. I was very disappointed as this note was sent to me a few days past my original order date and we ended up having to send flowers after the viewing and funeral were over. More advance notice would have been appreciated so that we could have found another florist to send the flowers.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. This is a fee charged by your credit card company, not Echovita. Although Echovita is an obituary website that serves both Canada and The United States, Echovita is based in Canada. However, all of our flower orders are processed by Blooms Today, which is an American company that assigns each order to a local florist closest to the delivery address. If you believe the size of the arrangement delivered was smaller than the dimensions provided under the photo of the flowers once selected, you can call 1-800-522-8707. If you didn't like the cost of the flowers, you could have purchased something cheaper. Thank you.
