Terrible

Terrible. Simply terrible. The customer service gives out canned answers to emails they did not read.

I have done nothing but burned time running in circles because their HK system keeps snarling stuff up.

If you were going to make up a joke company for a saturday night live skit---this would be it.

Amazon is going to drink Ebay's milkshake.
