Easyparcel.sg has a rating of 2 stars from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
I top-up $150 to Easyparcel account last year and I didn't know the credit has expiry date.
Yesterday I logon to my account and was shock to see zero credits. I contacted the live agent and was told I have to top-up again to get back my credits. In the first place, the credits were paid using consumer's(my) money, not free from Easyparcel so I don't think it is right to set an expiry date for each top-up. I tried to ask for a smaller top-up amount as I don't think I can use up all credits if I top up another $54 (inclusive of GST $4). Very disappointed with them as the agent kept saying about SOP. When I requested to talk to their manager, the agent went MIA.
If I am forgetful, I will forget about the balance credits and there goes the money ($129.90). I don't think it is right to set expiry date and confiscate the product that consumers had paid for.
