Yet another complaint about the glow in… Wayfair CS How many more review complaints, I have read numerous that all say the same problem, have to be posted before it gets through to Wayfair that these clocks do not match the description specifications. IE:- the hands do not glow in the dark. I have answered you Trustpilot message request, so do not bother to say you cannot find my details. Yet another complaint about the glow in the dark clock. Very disappointed with the glow in the… Very disappointed with the glow in the dark clock. The numbers glow but not the hands Making the clock in the dark useless. Having followed the setup instructions I strongly feel the purchase has been a waste of money. Quote from its description:- Our Easy-to-Read Silent Glow-in-the-Dark Alarm Clock does exactly what it says on the box. The face is luminescent and features extra large numbers, so no matter what the light level is in the room, you'll have no doubt about what the time is. Easylife pays Trustpilot for what is called their ``profile`` this gives Easylife the right to ``flag`` reviews they do not like about their rubbish products and poor customer service.
