One the screen, saved the picture as I assumed it would come to me - making sure... because my kid is a swimmer and was doing the butterfly stroke in the picture... the entire picture was centered. Paid, received confirmation, received 16 x 20 canvas with his hand cut off on one side and almost on the other. Told them I would even send back the incorrect one if they would send me the correct one. No... their solution was to reimb. Me a portion. Are you kidding me? Your companies mistake and that's what I get? I have 35 pictures I'm about to send off to another company with better ratings so I hope it was worth it and I hope your CEO sees this and all the other one-star ratings you all continuously receive. SMH.

Well Easy Canvas prints have a great gimmick going. They say it is an ongoing issue that people upload the pictures and they look good but their software doesn't let you know it will be grainey or pixel like. So you call and they say "oh we can refund your print" or let's charge you a certain amount and you can reprint it again. So again they say it is an ongoing issue but don't fix it until you receive your print and then have to get it redone.

I have used a few canvas companies in the past, and decided to give this one a try as they had competitive pricing and shipping was delayed due to COVID at my normal place I frequent. The quality of the picture I provided was not poor, and I made sure not to get too large of a canvas - as to not distort the clarity. I paid over $100 and received an absolute blurred mess. If, by chance, this was a user error, I have never dealt with printing company that wouldn't reach out and let the consumer know the picture would be rendered completely unrecognizable. Very disappointed.

I have never had a custom print on a canvas and this project was very important. I worked on my design for a few weeks to get the exact High Quality outcome. I wanted to make sure the lighting, colors and scale was exactly correct. I uploaded the artwork and was given a Proof as PDF. What I saw was amazing... The Canvas arrive in about 10 days and upon opening it the quality was awesome,
Tip: Make sure you artwork is properly scaled to the size you and that it's greater than or equal to the size. When you scale up anything it will become pixelated. The Printout is as good as the Art within you.
If your canvas is large like a 30 x 40 I highly recommend using a wire picture frame kit and not the Teeth hangers.

Ordered one canvas with rush delivery (which doubled the charge-as I expected) Canvas turned out well. ( Did not receive email receipt confirmation upon order as stated would arrive soon after.) Made a copy of receipt total from my initial order as I ordered. Received two canvases and charged for two (the second $5 more than the first--from bank statement) Was charged for two rush deliveries. They were shipped standard delivery and identified as such, Requested refund for charge and shippings. So far no response. Cai

I purchased a collage canvas print using pixels quality greater than required. Order took about a month to receive and all photos on the print were blurry. I Emailed support, but never received a reply. After 5 days, I called. They told me I needed to take a pic of the prints, upload that and then quality control would approve a re-print. The company should have just re-printed in good faith. Do not waste your time and money with this low quality company. I don't want to add a photo to this review because it has personally pics.

Paid $37.48 plus tax for a 16x16 pillow. Pillow was not 16x16 it was 13x13. Huge difference! Very very cheap quality material! And Print quality was very poor. One good thing I have to say is I was supposed to get the pillow on the 29th and got it on the 20th. Expected much better then what I got. $40 plus dollars for cheap little pillow is rediculous, print or no print. Going to call and see what they say. By other reviews does not look good lol

Our canvas was absolutely perfect! Crisp and clear, no pixelation, vibrant colors. Framing was high quality. I have used three other online canvas stores, and this was by far the most reasonable and best image. And, it was blown up to 24 x 36, so image integrity can be difficult. I was so worried as the image was from an iPhone 5c, transferred to a 6, then and 8, and finally texted to a Galaxy s9 and uploaded from there. Still perfect.
