There once was a time in which this site met expectations, and was used by college students across the globe. However, it is clear to everyone, including myself, now that this website is nothing but pure rubbish. While their citation algorithm is admittedly useful, and (to an extent) advanced in its information scraping methods, it is simply no longer viable for use. Why, you may ask? Well, my dearest reader, this is due to a little thing known as "advertisements". Yes, you heard that correctly! EasyBib has made it very clear that that do not care about your experience, so much so to the point in which the website lags due to the sheer amount of ads and popups it attempts to shill out now, which was never the case in the past. No worries, though; you can pay a pointless hefty fee to remove these ads and have the site be functional once more!...What a shameful corpse of a once beloved website.
I used to use this website back when it wasn't plagued with advertisements everywhere. Now, you can't even navigate through the website without having to click X on multiple pop-up ads. Tried using an ad-blocker, but it blocks access to the site until you turn it off. I would definitely recommend using another citation website than this greedy $#*! company
I used to utilize Easybib for all of my assignments in the past, which had become a vital resource for my papers, however, with the enforcement of their advertisements. Easy Bib has made it where you can even properly use their website for using their citations. Every attempt I make to watch the advertisement, the website crashes or remains on a blank page without playing the damn advertisement. Thanks, Easybib for nothing.
Used to be a good useful website for easy, straight-forward citations. Now you can't even use it with adblocker, and you have to pay for a membership to even use APA format. Terrible, greedy website now. Will never use again. And I recommend you don't either.

I used to love easybib! It was my high school self's best resource, but now as a college student, it's unusable. The ads are annoying even without the 30 second ad watch. The site itself is completely corrupted. It has gotten so bad that it crashes my computer anytime I want to use it.
Easybib is so mother$#*!ing stupid. It thinks adblock is on when I've disabled it. I think they are doing this so you have to pay so they pretend you have adblock on to scam you. Used to be good but now its some scummy bull$#*!
I used EasyBib in the years preceding their acquisition by Chegg for my undergraduate and both my graduate thesis and thought it was a great service.
Now I find the site completely unusable. There are so many ads that are all so badly configured that it's impossible to even use the website, it's a time suck, a headache and a quick way to get vertigo with all of the simultaneously playing ads jumping around the page. Truly a terrible experience, I would rather find an old APA guide and hand configure citations than ever have to go on this site again.
I signed up for free trial but after trying to cancel it the 3rd day it said my purchase had already been made…. Thanks a lot of scamming me easybib
I have used this before and tolerated the high number of ads, but recently, so many of them appear on the screen that the website can not even function without buffering for at least 7-8 minutes. It is frankly useless at this point.
One of the worst websites I have ever used. Terrible experience. It is just so slow and has so many adds, making it not "easy" and actually very hard.
The website itself is a pain to navigate, with a ridiculous amount of ads being thrown in my face every 5 seconds. It forces you to watch a video or subscribe to it in order to use more than one citation, and it's incredibly slow. It takes my school laptop (which is the only thing I use the website for) 10 minutes to do 3 citations, with my high speed home wifi struggling to get it to run well also. Overall just a garbage website.
The program is difficult to use when editing a paper. The product is expensive and very hard to cancel subscription in a timely manner. You are not able to cancel over phone unless you text and the customer service is not restorative or use best practices. Basically the product is weak and cause more issues than it is worth.
When a website is so $#*!ing terrible, that means it spends so much time on adds that it can't preform any other function. This website doesn't even work half the time, missing the publisher and date almost every time when citing a source as well as not even fully creating a citation and instead presenting you with a little $#*!ing "work cited" title. Do not use, do not let them get money, the creators of this deserve to starve and burn in hell.
This website used to be alright before the age of Chegg, when all it was, was a bibliography generator. Now the site is clogged up beyond repair, with ads covering most of the screen and the website chugging any computer down to 2 frames per second. Even directly connected to the best modem I own, the site runs like it's on dial-up. Use NoodleTools or literally anything else. Not even mentioning that this site is recommended for children and it is advertising cannabis.
Millions of ads runnin at two $#*!in frames a second the whole time $#*!. Eat my $#*!hole from the back and smell my $#*! while you do it $#*!. Fix your do$#*! website. Thank you for your time.
The only good thing i have to say about EasyBib is that its awful user experience made me learn how to do MLA citations by myself because the site is completely unusable. I used to use EasyBib exclusively for over 10 years, now the site has at least 4 ads on the screen at a time and of course refuses to work if it detects adblock. I don't know whether it has to do with Chegg buying them or what, it's become atrocious. Because of the dozen obnoxiously obtrusive ads and popups, my macbook's poor little GPU slows to a standstill and overheats the moment i type "easybib.com" into the URL bar and hit enter. The site is so unusable, it's genuinely hilarious.
If you have to cite something, you are much better off citing manually.

This website is almost unusable nowadays. When I try to cite on my Chromebook using this website, it gives me several pop up add accompanied by 5 side ads. When I try to cite more than 2 sources, it also forces me to watch an "interactive" ad or pay $10 a month for this service. I am never using Easybib again.
This website makes me watch their advertisements so that I can get my citation. It also lags and is very slow.
This website used to be so good before the constant ads and redirecting you to get their free 3 day membership.
