Im so embarrassed. After finding out what had happened, i tried to go back and look at this website again...I legit couldnt even find it without going into the e-mail and looking for the name of the website. It doesnt even show up when i googled "easy apply passport" or even "easy apply us" so how on earth did it appear in my google search the first time? I'm truly baffled at how many people this company has scammed.
Thought I was getting a replacement Social Security card was sadly mistaken, but the catch is you don't realize you're getting scammed until after you pay. Once you pay and you try to dispute the charges, they make it unbelievably hard to do so I still have yet to receive a refund from a month ago when I was under the impression I was getting a card not an application that's pre-filled out with my information as if I can't do that on my own. They literally had me pay $65 to give them my information so they could send me an application with my information on it. Where is the logic?
First search I made to renew passport was their link. Saw a.gov url in the description. They imply they will do your renewal- but they do t. It's a waste of money $65 to fill out a form a nim-wit can fill out. Save your money do not use them.
I'm embarrassed that I didn't look into this before I payed for the "service." I basically paid $65 for a passport form I could have e received from the post office. This so called service is completely useless. Do not give these people your money!
After reading all the reviews I understand I would never receive my replacement card. This problem looks like it's been occurring over the last year or so probably don't even exist. After complaining to the better Business bureau and nothing is happening we need to just go after the source Google allows this company to continue to take we need to come together and file a lawsuit against Google
They are fraudulent scammers and should be closed down. Only way to do that is to complain and keep putting complaints in with BBB. I tried getting funds back through them being polite, didn't work - go back to your financial institution. They will work with you and hit them with the fraudulent charges, and it will hit their bottom line! It will evidentially cause them enough pain to stop! And others will see enough of these to not order from them!
I got the email everyone is talking about. I'll accept my 40 dollars is gone thanks to my stupidity but has anyone found any strange activity or money stolen after giving them all that information. That's what I'm worried about.
I needed to get a replacement SSA Card. This site popped up, had a ". Org" ending in their website, and was red-white-blue. Because it was an SSA card I was trying to replace, I didn't have a problem providing my social security number. Stupid! I never do that, but I really thought it was SSA. $40.90 later, and I get a statement saying they will be "mailing" me a packet of information. Sorry - didn't I just provide my info? That's when I realized I'd been had.
Would give this site a rating of 0 if I could. Took my money and nothing from them. Called them and they put my on hold and then disconnected me. I tried calling back and just sat on hold. Will dispute my payment with CC company.
Actually if I could give a negative 10 I would. This company is disgusting. They take your money. After I ordered I found my SS card. I called the number on the download page. It didn't work. Then I called at 3:30 the next day and they were closed. I sent an email back to them to cancel and they never responded. I called customer service and they said I was past the 10 days I could to return or cancel the order. No where does it say this on the receipt or website. Also I never used the service also it's a pandemic and people are struggling financially. The reason I was trying to expedite my SS card was because I was trying to become a paid care provider for my sick boyfriend. Even after telling them everything they still wouldn't return a service I never used! Gross! Wow! Horrible company! Grubby and greedy!
DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY DOCUMENTS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT SEND IT BACK LIMKE THE PAPER WORKS SAY'S. IF YOU NEED A COPY OF YO SS CARD YOU CAN DO SO FOR FREE ONLINE WITH THE SS ADMINISTRATION! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I WILL BE FILING A LEGAL COMPLAINT WITH THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES AND MY ATTORNEY. I SENT THEM MY DRIVER'S LICENSE IN NOV 2020 AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AS OF TODAY 12/23

This site is a complete scam and should never be available. I set up an application to get a replacement social security cards for me and my family. After receiving them i noticed that many things on the applications were wrong and needed to be fixed. I requested a refund after finding out from the social security office doesnt need money to submit applications to receive new cards. When I called to request for a refund I was told that it was after a 10 day grace period and l was unable to get my refund. In know where did I see anything in the fine print it say anything like that. Not even in the receipt that they sent me did it say anything like that. This site is a complete SCAM stay away from it. If i could give a negative 5 stars I would.
Yes; It's embarrassing that I was that gullible. This online company is set-up to make you believe you're (in my case) dealing directly with a Social Security Office to renew my card. The only time you understand this is not what you thought it was is when you paid. FRAUD. Preying on people during the pandemic and taking all their personal info. I Will file a complaint with my Local District Attorney Office.
