My experience with Eany.io raised serious legal and compliance concerns that every professional buyer, Amazon seller, and brand owner should be aware of.

The products I received were not compliant with EU consumer protection standards, and in several cases, the items were unsafe or unusable for commercial resale.

Key issues included:

– Metylan items were over two years expired, with expiry dates intentionally covered by stickers, which may constitute an attempt to conceal defects
– Several Metylan products were opened, resealed, and visibly not new, violating basic product safety and authenticity requirements
– Meross products arrived with broken seals, damaged boxes, signs of tampering, and inconsistent batch labeling
– Some goods contained dirt and foreign residue inside the packaging
– Documentation provided was invalid for Amazon and other regulated marketplaces, creating compliance and suspension risks
– Multiple lots showed irregular labeling and signs of repackaging, raising questions of traceability and regulatory conformity
– The company refused to take responsibility and required me to cover return costs, despite EU law stating that shipping costs must be reimbursed when goods are faulty or not compliant (Directive 2011/83/EU)

The handling of the case, the condition of the products, and the absence of legally compliant documentation indicate a high-risk supplier who may expose buyers to account suspensions, financial losses, and regulatory issues.

Professional buyers should exercise extreme caution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Eany.io under any circumstances for compliant or safe procurement.
