Dreadful service

I would like to return an Ottoman bed purchased on 05/12/24. Communication with Dusk has been ghastly with phone line not attended and no response from emails. I am owed a refund but there is no one to communicate with. So frustrating. Do not purchase from this concern. Awful firm.
