Film went to Richardson instead of Argyle. I was waiting at the Argyle location for a bit before everything got figured out...
Things were handled nicely. The job was sent to my shop via courier and a $20 credit was given to my account.

My biggest frustration is actually with the art. I have been doing this for 26 years and to my knowledge when I convert art to outline form (or curves) it no longer has an image or font that needs to be embeded. The file might see the previous fonts before it was converted but it doesn't matter. It will print just fine...
I was told I had to convert the image to PNG which i didn't like because the edges are not as clean and crisp. Vector art will always be better... Always!
There were two very dedicated ladies that assisted me and made sure I was taken care of and I will never forget it..

From start to finish, DTF Dallas provided top notch customer service. I am pretty new to using UV-DTFs and needed a large quantity, so had to print a gang sheet for my order. After trialing with another company and learning that the clear film backing would not work well with my design, I #1) was pleased to learn that Dallas used the white backing.
I emailed at order placement to explain what I needed, make sure I'd done everything correctly, and received immediate verification--at 11pm on a Friday night, no less. Super impressed.
I received my order promptly within a few days, and had some trouble with it. As it turned out, I had mistakenly ordered transfers instead of decals, despite the email confirmation.
DTF corrected the problem immediately and with a simple replacement, and I received the replacement within two days.
The company was amazingly responsive and helpful every step of the way, and despite the little snafu, I've been very happy.

I had some prints that I ordered for creating samples for a customer. I discovered that I had sent in the wrong file and emailed them to see if I could fix it. I was not positive that they would be able to help me but they did! Stopped production and allowed me to send them the correct file. Printed them and I was able to pick them up that evening. Customer service is amazing! I would really like it if you could speak to someone on the phone but apparently their email is closely monitored and they return a response pretty quickly so it works.

They are so efficient! I sent in a really large order and one of the designs had a background I didn't realize and they removed the background and reprinted that design before I ever knew it happened.

The mail came in a timely fashion as always with DTF Dallas however the box my prints were in was damaged. Also, when I opened the box and looked at the gangsheet, some of it had creases in the sheet as if it was not rolled properly when put into the shipping box. I had to use them anyway because I had a customer waiting on the order.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding vector artwork. We agree that properly prepared vector files can provide excellent print quality and very clean, sharp edges. Our concern is not with vector artwork itself, but with making sure any fonts and linked elements are fully preserved when the file is opened on our production systems.
