This company is the worst for customer service

Placed an order a month ago I had to fallow-up on the order
They never ship the shoes OR TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THEM
I had to call them 5 times for them to issue a refund and every time it was "you will get a refund within 24-48 hr.
I got tired of the run-around and disputed the charges with my credit card company.
I WILL NEVER ORDER SHOES FROM THEEM HORRIBLE SERVICE
