Steam key I received didn't work and now I have to wait 72 hours for a resolution. Really sucks, this has not happened on other pages before.

AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

If you had 0-start I would add it!
I bought a gift card on Saturday 07/09/24.
I redeemed it but it wasn't work. On the website that I used it writes clearly that "the gift card key that you try to redeem is not valid"
I immediately sent an email and replied me that they will investigate why is not working.
Which customer wants to wait for your investigation? We want our purchase immediately.
5 DAYS after, today 12/09, they replied me that "the key is valid and in working condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for the key."
I sent again a screenshot that shows that is not working.
I don't know what I should say. This site is a TOTALLY SCAM!
I buy online keys and gift cards the last 8 years without any issue. If I had a problem always it resolves at maximum 1 hour after. Not 5 days without a refund or a replacement key.

I made several max-capacity orders, and one key was fubar cs, which was really nice; they asked about proof sent it, and for once a company did like they said I wanted a new key and no service fee. When all was done, I had a code in the mail. Broken keys happen, but how stores fix them is another business. Tired of in-store credit and being forced to pay the service fee again, and even worse, they bumped the price on the game—no such thing I found here.
