This report of dresslink indicate that I never contact them about this issue. I contact them several times by their email and they only say they will refund me $8.00. My order no is ******* This is a scam. I paid $62.38 and they want to refund me $8.00. I send them photo's of the items I received and tell them they can send their courier to collect it but I am not spend more money on pieces of crap and they will not refund my shipping cost. I want full refund $62.38 back into my account.

I found DressLink through a fashion blogger that I follow and placed a joint order with one of my coworkers because we were both very excited to see such low prices on the items. My portion of the order was for a wallet (which I adore despite the foul odor that took a couple of weeks to fade away) and a Wildfox imitation sweater which is AMAZING. I also attempted to order a lace dress which said it was in stock, but my money was refunded for this item saying it was out of stock despite the fact that their website still said it was in stock (and still does now) which was a disappointment. The order process was good, the shipping was slow, but the biggest disappointment with this seller was the astronomical shipping cost (the cost was a few dollars per item so combining our order saved us no money on the shipping this felt like it completely offset any savings on the items purchased). Although I like their products, I will likely not order from them again because of the cost of shipping per item being as much as the item itself.

I am very disappointed by my purchase. The reviews on the website are censored so that bad reviews don't show up. I tried writing a review on the website about my bad experience and it said that it would be displayed after being reviewed.
I ordered two suspender dresses (http://www.dresslink.com/women-sexy-pleated-suspender-skirt-braces-hollow-out-bandage-mini-skater-dress-p-*******.html). It arrived reasonably on time however, I requested tracking and it was faulty. The tracking shows that it went two places in china and there was nothing after that even after I received the product. As I paid extra for the tracking, I was expecting the service to be function properly. A bit disappointed by this.
Not to mention, on one of the dresses, the wide elastic bands suspender was frayed, with the thin white elastic showing on the black dress. On the other dress, there is a run on one of the elastic bands so that it creates a buckle in the suspender when you wear it. On this second dress, the stitching is also coming undone.
The price of the dress was very cheap, however, I did not order faulty products and did not want to order faulty products. No where on the website did it say that the products sold had defects. I would've gladly paid extra for a product that was in good condition.
I would very much like a refund but as my shipping costs were about the same price as the product itself, I won't be spending any more money on this faulty product.
Though the cheap prices are good, I do not recommend purchasing from this website unless you don't mind faults in your clothes.

I made my first purchase from Dresslink on January 21st, received, February 9th, standard shipping. Very reasonable time.
I kept the order small (12 items) to sample the quality of the products. (around $60 shipping included).
To be honest, at the price they are selling the products, I wasn't expecting anything worth keeping.
But, I was delightfully surprised as all the products are exactly what was advertised.
The quality is actually better than expected for the price but obviously, not the best quality that you wound find in a boutique.
They offer great novelty items but don't go into a purchase expecting an amazing product because after all, you get what you pay for.
Please remember, a $4 item shipped UPS or Fedex for fast delivery at $60.00 or more cost does not make it a $64.00 item, it still remains a $4 item so avoid the tracking expensive shipping and you will be fine and happy with your products.

Simple, fast and the items are cheap. Of course they're not high end, that's why they're cheap.
I paid for so expensive shipping cost but the shipment was more than a month even provided a wrong tracking number till now still haven't get my refund back since ordered on last year Oct 2015. The materials are really cheapskate and the items received either broken or spoiled. OMG Even worse of the poor customer service better don't purchase anything from them to keep your money SAFE.

So i ordered this beauty blender packet with creme concealer, and other things. I also purchased this cute romper, and the romper came in as well as 18 days. Then they sent me a invoice thing saying my concealer packet was not eligible to ship due to the "strict custom" of this product and i never got my products, i never got a refund. Let me tell you, is wasn't cheap but now all of a sudden it is. I do not recommend. This is not the first time i ave shipped over-seas. And i know how this sizing works there and it came 3 sizes too big and in another color. I HATE IT!

I read all the reviews before placing my order so I was nervous. I picked 3 items to try in case something went wrong. I ordered on December 24th 2015 and received them December 30th. I am an American size small so I ordered a medium because the measurements differ over there. All of the clothes fit and I'm glad I did that. I originally clicked on DHL but they changed it to UPS. I got my tracking number off their website so it doesn't come to your email. Everything went smoothly... I will say do NOT order so much at once if it's your first time. Just try small amounts. I will be ordering from them again soon but I will use a paypal account to be safer because it is overseas. And just like someone said that if you order something white it will be sheer... some clothes might be thin but I was fine with everything

Like everyone else, I was skeptical about this site after reading the reviews on here. I haven't ordered anything international in a long time, and I was a bit afraid it would not come before Christmas since I ordered my package the midnight before the 20th. They had a variety of options when it came to which type of shipping you'd prefer, the default was China Post with no tracking number. I picked DHL, which of course ran a bit higher with costs but was worth it when it came only 3 days later.
The quality is good for the price I paid for, you can't expect more for your buck. I did inspect each item and noticed one of them had some loose thread on the back of the romper but easily fixable without even seeing a seamstress.
Overall I'm very happy with the order, and probably would order again in the later future. The selection of clothes are to my style and it wasn't a frustrating process. It was faster service than I expected and I got exactly what I wanted without trouble.
Stop bashing Dresslink guys I just got my order last night and everything was there, the clothes fit and I couldn't be more than pleased! I ordered $94 worth of stuff, a dress, a lot of crop tops, pants, shorts, a swimsuit and some socks. Only problem you may have is something coming in looking different from expected, but what'd you expect from a cheaper site like this? If you want to avoid that, go to sites like Forever21, H&M or something. You order cheap, you get cheap.
I was very skeptical when I made my first order with dresslink a few weeks ago after reading the horrible reviews. I was so excited when I received my package today! I ordered 7 shirts and they got my order 100% correct. My expectation for the quality of the clothes was very low, but I was pleasantly surprised! I do a lot of shopping here in the US at stores like Rue 21, Forever 21, Wet Seal, etc. and these clothes were very similar in quality so I was excited! I researched a LOT before ordering from this site and now that I have my order here and I've tried everything on I have a few tips for those considering shopping here!
1. Don't buy here if you're expecting high quality clothing! Think Forever 21 quality items. For me personally, I get tired of clothes and styles so quickly that I prefer to pay less for lesser quality clothes.
2. Anything white or light colored is going to be sheer, but usually looks fine with a nude colored bra or tank top underneath.
3. Research, research, research! Buy only clothes with reviews, or study the measurements very carefully! The measurements are accurate, so don't be afraid to measure your waist, bust size, etc. to ensure you get the proper size. If you don't have time to study the measurements then I don't recommend buying from here!
4. Order at least one size up from normal.
I shipped with UPS to the East Coast of the U.S. and had a great experience with shipping as well. I paid a few dollars extra for UPS but it was worth it to receive a tracking number and I got my clothes within 12 days of ordering. I didn't have to pay any extra fees because my package was under a certain size/weight. I also recommend placing smaller orders to avoid extra shipping costs.

Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
