Awful customer service, i would put O stars if i could. Called about your fake product that you sold to me for the price of the original, customer service does not help in any way and closes the call without solving our issue. It is disgusting that I have received a clearly FAKE pair of Ugg for the price of the original. Your overall service, including the product and the awful customer service, if trash. You are horrible for not even giving a slight damn about the issue. Selling fakes is also amazing from your side. The only original thing in my order was the box. Good box. Your only trait is scamming people and not helping them. I will deffinetly "recommend" ;) your site to everyone.

In the pictures attached, the left shoe is the original pair that I already own and to compare next to it is the clearly fake one.

I have ordered many things from TradeInn and its branches, BikeInn, TrekInn, SnowInn, DressInn and almost without fail, the items arrive much later than their estimate when ordering. In fact, they often don't even ship the order until after the date they have given for delivery. Often there is no reason given for the delay. But I once was told that one item in a larger order was out of stock so they held the entire order until it was back in. I only discovered that when I contacted them after a long delay. There was no communication or indication that one item was out of stock nor that the order would be delayed. Their pricing is good, but they really need an entire upgrade to their delivery logistics or they need to be more honest about how long they take to deliver things.

Extremely Bad Service – Still No Jacket After 1 Month!

I had a terrible experience with Dressinn. I ordered a jacket over a month ago for the winter season, and it still hasn't arrived! I tried contacting customer service, but they are slow and unhelpful. Now, winter is almost over, and my jacket is useless.

This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. If you're thinking of ordering from Dressinn, beware of long delays and poor customer support. I will never buy from them again and don't recommend them to anyone!

I order from this online my lacoste shoes. I just want to said thank you to this team work online. They give me a clear information and delivery date and time. When my pachel arrived to my country they still follow by email. Give me a clear information by DHl. I really appreciate to get my loving shoes. Packet is really protection. Thank for the team work.
