Such a bad company ripping an elderly lady off as well as all customers below, they should be ashamed to call themselves a business, with my Mum they did admit the size was wrong after severval photographic evidence but still wont refund,

People are amazed that this dress did not cost thousands of dollars. It is stunning, well made and fit me like a glove (my measurements fit the size 12 chart). I only needed to get it hemmed. It arrived exactly one month after ordering it. We went to Italy for a destination wedding. After traveling so long, the dress only required steaming on the sleeves and hem. The lace and pearl detail are exquisite. In the picture is also a LITB veil, which we added more pearls to and rhinestones. If you want an alternative to strapless, but still want to look feminine, this is the dress! Thank you so much,
Just received my wedding dress, well where to start... completely different than pictured, not made as per my measurements so it is too small. Everything about this dress is wrong, sleeves are different length, one side is more loose than another, it is a poorly made dress!
Support office not very helpful, offered £20 compensation (I paid £170), it's a joke!
Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid them please.

Now, i had received the dress, which was really a enjoyable experience, all of my friends were shocked by the high quality and well-made designs

Worst company I've dealt with. They don't admit they had made an error and will fob you off constantly with pigeon Engligh emails. I'm £103 down with a dress that may only fit someone of 4ft something. They expected me to get the dress altered and that they would reimburse me instead of just sending the dress back and refunding me. The likely hood of getting anything back from thin non U. K based company is zero. My advice is stay well clear.
I received a dress in a total different colour than I ordered. It has been a nightmare trying to get them to accept responsibility. No return address either and no UK phone number I could contact them with. Constant crap e-mails and getting nowhere.
I bought a dress from this site and it did not fit. When I measured the dress, the have made the top half a size 8 and the bottom half a size 16! I ordered a 16. Three weeks later I am still emailing this company trying to get my money back. They are refusing to give me a return address or refund.
Let's start by saying something positive, the dress arrived in good time but then it was downhill all the way. The quality of the material was really poor and the finishing was just as bad. It had been made in 2 halves and stitched together, the dress was supposed to be off the shoulder but was not even close. Hanging it on the wardrobe door made it even worse, i can't believe how poor it looked.
Customer services were quick to respond and asked if i could take the dress to a local dressmaker and they would pay for the alterations, that would never work due to the poor quality of the whole dress. They then sent a further email informing me that as the dress was made to measure it would not be suitable for anyone else, i couldn't agree more. They also informed me that i would not receive any form of refund or compensation. Lesson is go to an alternative supplier, i purchased a dress from mydress.co.uk last year and it was perfect but they didn't have what i was looking for this year. Please beware, my advice DON'T USE DRESSDO.CO.UK
I ordered my dress on 12th October and luckily paid by Barclaycard, I was expecting a charge of £125, but the charge came in as £127.13. For £2.13 I decided not to make a fuss. The dress arrived on 31st October, when I examined it, I noticed a stain right in the front. I immediately emailed Dressdo, and on the following day received a reply saying it must be juice. I replied saying that I had not even tried it on and the responsibility was theirs and asked for authorisation for a return under their returns policy for damaged goods, as per their website and a full refund. The purchase is in dispute with the card company and we are now 5 days into various emails telling me to get the dress laundered,( not the sort of dress to launder), then an offer of £10.00, then an offer for me to pay a partial payment for the soiled dress and then pay for another replacement, or that's what I think it said, as their English is so bad I am not sure what they meant by the partial payment and replacement. I was told the shipping to return would be too expensive so it would be best to keep the dress. Currently I have said NO I don't care how much it costs to return it I am not in the habit of buying soiled dresses. Currently this dispute is continuing and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. No doubt the card company will resolve the issue and hopefully not allow Dressdo to use their card facilities in future!
Sadly I read reviews for this company AFTER I ordered my dress! My issue is all about the principal. As more and more people are shopping online you would think that companies would value their customers and want them to keep coming back, therefore making the returns policy easier. This is the only company that I have come across that has this no returns policy and although I felt that the qaulity of the dress was fine, it is just way too small. I have emailed them back about it and had a reply however their response was to take it to a tailor and get them to alter it! Unfortunately as the dress is too small that isn't an option! Surely the sensible answer would be to allow me to return the dress or to get the next size up... simply really! However this hasn't been offered therefore I am stuck with a lovely dress that I can't wear but I will most definitely will not be ordering from them again and will let everyone I know about their policy and customer service.
Like many people we were nervous about ordering on this type of site but thought it was worth a go due to the prices. My daughter ordered her dress which she hadn't seen on any of the other sites and was advised it would be despatched on 12th Sept. We were amazed when it arrived on 9th... It is beautiful, and extremely well made. The only adjustment it needed was to open the armholes up as they were a bit tight. We are so impressed that my other daughter will be ordering her 7 bridesmaids dresses from here.
I received my wedding dress 5 days ago, however although i ordered custom fit it is way to small. A good 4 inches all over, the only thing that fits is the length. After several emails their solution is to sell it and they will refund £30, i paid £185 for it, so they get £150 for "making"a dress that i cannot wear, they said i cannot send the dress back as it has been custom made and they cant do anything with it! This company is disgraceful i wish i had seen these other reviews before ordering, If you are thinking of ordering from this site, BE VERY AWARE
I believe this company used to trade under verydress.co.uk or still does who i ordered a prom dress from which arrived in the wrong colour and bad fit, no reply when i emailed them, no return address so i went back to my card provider who has now given me a charge back for the £116 i paid out... THEN today i get a email from dressdo.co.uk to ask me to withdraw my charge back and they will then give me an address to return the dress to at my expense! Don't think so! They are con artists, not based in the UK but Hong Kong so do not be fooled by the. co.uk address!
I ordered an evening dress from this site, which I ordered it to my own measurements. I paid £15 for a rush order in total £115.00. I have to say the dress arrived within 5 days. However I can't wear it. The quality of the dress looks like I should have paid around £10 for it, the size is so way out, it is too small in some places and just hangs on me in others! They say there is a no returns policy as the dress is made to order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Purchased a bridesmaid dress which comes up a size too small. Ordered another one 3 weeks prior to the wedding. Paid extra to get it delivered (£37 in total). Two weeks later the wrong dress turns up! Made this clear to the poorly speaking customer services and their solution. To send another dress which I'll get in 20 days. 14 days after the wedding! No offer of a refund! Very annoyed!

I bought 2 dress from this company which I now know is not based in the UK. Both dress did not fit too tight in places. I ordered a size up from my usual size to ensure a proper fit. When I contacted the company's support team they were so unhelpful insisting they sent the size that I ordered. They are now not refunding my money and refusing to send an address to return dresses which both cost £173.00
They have advised me to take it to a tailor or give it to a friend as a present.
Please be aware of their returns policy as they twist it to suit themselves all they are interested is in taking your money and do not care for the distress caused to you.
My best friend used this site for our bridesmaids dresses. The dresses came and were disgusting, cheap and tacky, despite costing her £70 per dress. She tried to swap them for a different style as they were so ill fitting and unlike the photographs. They would not accept. She then bought a further 4 dresses. When they came they were in a totally different colour. She no has 9 ugly dresses, 5 of which we need to wear, but they don't match. The most the company have offered is £40 compensation. She has spent £650. They are Chinese and speak in broken English, clearly not understanding our emails. My friend is left with no more money and it looks like we will have to buy our own dresses for the day, whilst she is almost £700 out of pocket. DO NOT SHOP HERE - THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!
Beware, it is a Chinese company. Had I known I wouldn't have I bought a dress for my daughter junior prom. The dress arrived on time and it was/is the tackiest dress ever. It is more like a stage costume that a dress. If that was not enough the zip broke straight away. DressDo did not return the initial email I sent them using the "contact us" form on their website. I had to go via the email address provided in the confirmation order. This was 9 emails ago. The company offered to refund me £15 out of a dress that cost £125.00. Which in their mind is the cost of getting the zip repaired from me by a local tailor. Unacceptable, the most dishonest company I came across so far, a bunch of cads.
I ordered a dress last month and paid extra for quicker delivery arranged on 10th July 2015. The dress was for my 10 year old's junior prom, taking place today 15th July 2015. It didnt arrive on 10th. I was then offered a refund of the additional cost I'd paid to have the delivery speed tracked, as they'd failed to actually stick to this agreement and was assured it would definitely be here by yesterday 14th July. It then wasn't! It didn't then arrive today either! Today they gave me the contact details of DHS, the courier delivering my parcel, who then confirmed they are unable to dispatch my item, even today, as they are still to receive the item from Dressdo themselves! My daughter's prom, today, is ruined!, a day that will not come around for her now again. I have a child in tears, no customer services number made available to call, only an email address that they take 24 hours each time to respond to, in which their responses are still entirely unhelpful and unsatisfactory. I have had to claim my refund directly through my bank, meaning they are now unable to refuse it (they intended to try otherwise) but this hasn't saved my little girl's prom day today. I was lied to when making the initial order, told the dress would arrive on 10th, I was lied to since that the dress had been shipped and would be here by 14th. It hadn't been! I was lied to again when they said it was with DHS and it's their fault. It isn't! And they STILL don't have it! My girl's very special and one off day is irreparably ruined! The company apologise for the inconvenience!

Answer: All I can say is what a bunch of scammers. I am in a dispute with them through my bank who are going to recover my funds from them. Never ever ever again!. This experience with them has made me sick to the stomach. They should be reported for fraud and closed down. End of!
Answer: The company is a con! If you do receive you are likely to be very disappointed and if it doesn't fit, they will blame you for making errors when ordering. The actual dress looks nothing like the photo! I foolishly thought it was a UK company as they con you to think they are. I'm surprised that Trading Standards have not yet stepped in. I learned the hard way, lost money, disappointed teenager etc I will never knowingly buy from China and certainly would never order this type of item online. Let's face it, they are not cheap! The owners of this company must be rubbing their hands with glee every time an order request arrives!
Answer: They will not give you a penny! No matter how many times you send them complain email or pictures of default dress. Their answer is the same ( they say' keep it or sell it). Call you bank for dispute transaction.
Answer: Maybe you have some misunderstanding with them, contact would make things better
