On of the products was packed on a paper envelope contrary to what I had received in previous orders (small plastic bags) I open the envelop thinking that the crystals would be in a plastic bag as I'm used to and ended up loosing lots of them. I guess I need to be more careful next tine. I do not understand why a plastic little bag was not used for this. All other crystals were neatly separated in bags.

For what ever reason every time I want to come on line I have to reset my password because your system doesn't not except my old password. Every time I have to sign in with your temporary password, as I get in I put my old password, the system tells me that the password as being charged successfully, and when I go to sign in?
I have to do the same all over again.
It's just getting a little annoying now
