I am a new customer. I found this site from an internet search for an unusual focal bead. Since then, I've returned 3 additional times because I like the fast shipment and the prices of the Swarovski products.

I had a slight mistake in processing my order and received product I hadn't deleted. Kaitlyn was very understanding of my error and I am able to return the items and receive credit for them. It's great to work with a company with excellent customer service.

The 2nd time i've ordered & the order didn't come complete. I was missing one of the types of crystals. The included invoice in the main shipment didn't have any sort of indication that the order was verified... no check boxes or signature or any accountability of any kind. Adding the proof & effort that the packer signed off on the contents would be great.

My order arrived sooner than expected! It was just as described. The pieces are tiny, so 1 gross doesn't look like much, but when carefully counted, it was actually a little over. I am very pleased with my order. Thanks Dreamtime Creations!
