I was looking for 19 mm or16 mm. Your sizing is difficult to understand
I had been looking for Swarovski's Rose-cut 2072s in both 8 and 10mm sizes in Jet. I had found the 8mm stones in the UK, but they didn't have the 10mm, and neither did anyone else in small quantities. So I took a chance and clicked the "Request a Product" link at Dreamtime Creations. I received an almost immediate response from Cindy, the owner of the company, who told me what Swarovski had available, and kindly offered to purchase whatever I wanted, in whatever quantity. That is outstanding customer service! The Rosaline pear stones I ordered are quite a bit lighter pink than is shown in the picture. But they're still lovely. I was a bit disappointed in the Black Friday prices, they didn't seem to be that much of a discount. Several items were not on sale. But my whole order was less than $45, and I did end up getting a total of about $5 off between the discounted items plus an extra 7%, which paid for my shipping, plus a little extra, so I'm happy.
Item was back ordered but was sent as soon as it became available. Very pleased and always come back.
This is the first time I ordered stones. They are beautiful and very sparkly. The costume I have used them on looks awesome! I had to order more, I was not sure how many I would need, shipping is prompt well packed. I will defiantly order again!
