One of my items was out of stock, a single 14mm rivoli.
It wasn't part of the core of my order.
I was contacted by your customer service staff, asking if I wanted to wait for it to be back in stock, or if it could be on back order. Ah, nope, I can substitute with another colour, I would be happy with whatever you chose. ( I can move out of my comfort zone, I can, truly).
No stress, very cheerful response back, and I am happy with the substitute.
I regret I cannot find the conversation in my emails to thank the customer service lady in question. May this suffice. I thank you for all the extra effort over one little rivoli, in a small order from over the oceans.

I appreciate that you can buy individual Swarovski crystals and pearls-that's great for buying a sample to see what colors I want to purchase for my product. Some retailers only sell Swarovski in larger quantities. And, the shipping price is great!
I paid for 10 items. Waited for 2 weeks and received 8 items. When I emailed they said its was out of stock! Then why no one email me and still charged for 10 items. They ask for resend and I do have to pay shipping because of their mistake. Not fair for me as a client
