I am very pleased with my experience. When shopping the website the selection was vast and ordering process was easy. The order came very quickly and the stones are beautiful. I embellished 2 dance leotards for my granddaughters and they loved the result! Will definitely order again.

I've always gotten good service and great products.
The settings for the Swarovski Crystal long 4161 fancy stone, was smaller then the stone. I had to make adjustments. Even then I'm not sure how it will hold with time.
Also, when I received the 4161 stones, I thought I only received one instead of 3, I ordered. They were packed tightly one top of the other. Maybe packed seperately?

Very fast and exactly what I ordered
The photos and description of the Kaputt baguette stone did not state that the stone was missing a segment. Upon receiving the product I performed a search and figured it out, Kaputt is German for broken. I didn't realize that I should take this name literally. Anyway, I have shared the stones with a friend and we are going to complete a pattern in a recent bead magazine which uses the stone. However, I believe the online description should be more accurate.
It's my go-to for Swarovski crystals!
