The sales or discounts could have been applied to my total whether I had known about them or not, great customer service goes a long ways in my book. It sure would have been nice to receive a 15% off, something is nice once in awhile. I also paid for extra shipping so that I could get it immediately and instead I got it 6 days later. I'll know better next time.

I placed an order and within the hour they called me to let me know that what I wanted wasn't available but they wanted to get me a replacement to fill me order and make me happy. They were also shipping out my order that very same day. I also had my order within the next few days. Amazing customer service. Just amazing. Beautiful stones! Very pleased with the stones
I ordered 2038 Xilion Rose Crystal, 1440pcs and they are supposed to be hotfix. I tried it on my stencil and they did not adhere at all to my headband. The others I ordered were perfect. But not these one. Very disappointed as I needed them to finish my headbands. Not sure if they can returned or not
