I have just placed my fourth order with Dreamtime Creations and every order so far has been delivered very quickly (considering I live in the UK). The quality of the products are amazing and I have received lots of compliments on the jewellery I have made using the crystals I have bought from Dreamtime Creations. They are definitely one of the few online shops I always go back to and will continue to shop with in the future.

Thank you! I did receive a call from your customer support about an out of stock. I was not available to pick up and respond right away. I noticed that a substitution was made for a close out item - I ordered 8MM and received what looks like a 12mm item. Certainly a fine decision to send the order rather than waiting for my response when one inexpensive item is involved. I appreciate good thinking!

There are lots of options and they aren't well setup. I am hoping I got the right stuff :)

Great experience and I really appreciate all of the information available about your products. The only reason I went with four stars instead of five is that I wish there were more pictures of the individual stones so you were able to get a better idea of what you were ordering. My order shipped within the time it said it would and was packaged nicely. All in all I would definitely order from here again!
