Had to call to speak with a representative to find out the reason an item wasn't going into my cart was that there wasn't enough stock. Should have a message pop-up when that is the issue because I wasted a significant amount of time troubleshooting the problem then ultimately had to call the store.

Your website is very well organized and makes it easy to find certain types of stones and specific colors! I am so very excited to try out the Crystal Katana!

The products and service I received from dreamtimecreations were top class. Unfortunately I ended up having to pay substantial vat costs upon receipt of the parcel to Ireland therefore it is no longer value for money for me to shop from this company in the future...unfortunately:-(

I need a rush order so I called into the office to make sure this could be done. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.
