I´ve discounted one star because of the lack of response to my question about payment methods, Case #*******. I wanted to pay from a USA bank by direct transfer to your bank. Finally my friend Alberto Vega in Miami paid by his credit card. I still need a reply, because payment by bank transfer (USA to USA, not Argentina) is immediate and economical. Hope these are like the products at Hobby Lobby. Half the order was the wrong color. Ordered clear hot fix clear crystal but received something called "moonlight". Unclear how to remedy that.

Making jewelry is my hobby and if I am looking for something I usually look for some very specific sizes or color or shape.
You have an excellent Swarovski selection. Probably the best I know, but I buy from your site only if I cannot find sizes or color I could not find anywhere else.

The site is pretty easy to navigate, it helps if you know what you're looking for. Color seems to be pretty true to the picture, but it's not exactly the same. My order was received really quickly, which I was very appreciative of since I ordered crystals for my daughter's dance costumes. I have already placed a second order and I know I will be back again!
