First time ordering pearls, wish color in pictures was more accurate. Looked white in picture, called chalk white cream pearl. Pearls are very cream in color, will be more careful in future or will get a sample chart.

Your website feels very overwhelming at times. Maybe on the homepage, more pictures and less words, with better direction on how to shop? Save some info when signed in.

I think you should offer better wholesale pricing and not just a 10% discount. I love your service but the lack of wholesale pricing my eventually drive me elsewhere for my purchase.
