I've ordered many times and always try to use one of the many coupons I find on line... never have I gotten one to work. It would really be nice to get a discount once in awhile when I want to order (rather than when the company offers a special). I order a lot of stuff on line and I've never had every coupon rejected like at your company. Seems like occasionally a 5% or 10% off coupon should work. However, I like the product and your service is quick.

First time ordering crystals so I was a little confused. Pictures are great to compare. Unfortunately even with pictures I did not order the right color needing a solid dark black which is not what I ordered.I will order again as my experience was not bad just the first time ordering crystals and didn't realise a difference.
