Order arrived quicker than one placed the same day from my own country (UK). So very happy.
The Yoko Ono key was not 100% as pictured: the signature on the picture that's on the web was in black; on the key I received, it's in white, and therefore, barely visible. But, on the whole, I love it and would order from Dreamtime Creations again. Order arrived within a week, well-packaged.

I think that when the order is from overseas (I am in Australia) that the estimated delivery time should accurately reflect this. The site had the delivery time as '4-10 days'. It was reasonable to assume that '4 days' may have meant for a delivery in America and '10 days' for elsewhere. This is obviously not the case and did cause some concerns where I was ready to contact PayPal to let them know that I hadn't received anything so I could recover the money spent. This was after several emails to you. The products finally arrived after 19 days. This wouldn't be a concern if the site had indicated this when ordering.
