I received all my items. I love shopping with yall. My Swarovski color chart came crumpled up. It was not your fault. On both sides of package yall wrote "Do Not Bend". The mail carrier folded it all up anyway. It will be easy to add a new white bottom sheet, but the plastic sheet is also bent. I dont know how to fix that. With yall I am very satisfied. With the postal worker who didn't read what yall wrote, not so much.

This was my first order with DreamTime Creations and I was very grateful for the prompt delivery. I was doing a project which required a Swarovski lochrosen and the only place I could find that carried them was Dream Time Creations. Thank you so much for the great service I received.

Love the site and the customer service I received before i placed my order. Received all the items pretty quick. Loved it that my order was sent in complete. Unfortunately, 3 of the items did not match the photos on the website for color. Emailed customer service on May 18th looking to arrange and exchange, no response received yet. Sent follow up today on May 23rd. Will try calling on May 25th.

Only thing so far. Is I called and emailed some pictures of earring backs. Haven't heard anything on them. The back didn't fit the post. They were 3 different types of studs. None fit. Still don't have any.
