I received item in post with great enthusiasm, only to discover the 12mm cups I ordered measure only big enough for a 10mm cabachon. I feel that your 12mm is an underestimate of the correct size. I am just glad that I haven't ordered any stones to set. I will still keep them and buy apprropriate size stones to fit.
Otherwise I am happy with the quality of the items.

When I origianlly order on line I immeditely realized I'd ordered the incorrect size and I call in and was given excellent treatment my order was changed and everything went better than I had expected it to.
