This was my first experience ordering and using stones. The ordering process was easy, the shipping time was great and it appears that my order is complete, I'm not going to count over 1000 stones to make sure (LOL). All in all I would say I will be a repeat customer.

The product ordered was a product that we used in the past. I tried ordering from another website and had nothing but difficulties because of my Canadian address. The Dreamtime site was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. Delivery was approx 10 days which was quite satisfactory in my mind. Will use this site again if there is a need for the product they carry.

The office staff was very nice and helpful in changing my on-line order that I entered incorrectly. The products were exactly as I requested. It took a couple days longer to received than I expected but it wasn't a problem. I would definitely order again.

This is my 3rd purchase, shipping is great, quality is good. I received my previous order today and it I know it says that the packaging goes by weight. I have to honestly say that one package out of all 6 seemed smaller then the rest, I was a little disappointed. I wouldn't call to say anything because unsure if someone would believe me. Overall I love the selection! Jody is such a sweetheart, great customer service.

I love all the choices. I have been looking for a site like this for a very long time because I use a lot of Swarovsky crystals and they can be hard to find. The colors, clarity, and "sparkle" of these stones are beyond compare.
