The delivery delay was on the USPS. The package got held up in Springfield, MA so long that I began to think it got misplaced. It did finally arrive in good condition. Other than that I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The website was easy to use, I got exactly what I ordered and it was exactly as described.
This was my first time ordering so still learning sizes and types of stones. Took me a minute to figure things out but now that I have items in hand, will have a better idea of what to order next.

I checked my order and I ordered size 8ss and per the rhinestone sizing chart what I received was 5ss. I don't have time to do a return due to needing to get work done. I will find another place to order my stones.

I ordered product on September 4 and the order did not ship until September 7. The main reason for ordering from dreamtime is because another vendor that is closer to where's I live was closed. I contacted dreamtime because of a hurricane that was coming. The response email from dreamtime just didn't seem to be concerned just said it will get there when it gets there. I ended up ordering from the other vendor as well as I needed the product by the 13th. The other vendor is located in where in Florida an was able to get product to me faster. I received my order from dreamtime on September 16.
