The variety of images is great and we always find exactly what we need for our projects. The only thing I really don't like is the subscription format. I prefer purchasing XX number of images and using them as I would need them. I rarely get all of my moneys worth before the subscription period expires.
I have always loved this site because the prices are amazing but yesterday I need support and they picked the phone up immediately and helped me with my order. Amazing!
Am so happy the first day I got a brief of you guys since Nine (9) years now. I do appreciate the simplicity in the use of the platform. Even the price tags are quite affordable.
But I wish you incorporated amongst other existing segments, the "Tutorial Session". This helps discuss several areas of study and interests of your teeming fans. For instant, indebt analysis of the use of cameras could be discoursed. And angles from different professionals of repute could also take into consideration. Applications like Adobe Creative Suite e.g., PhotoShop and other programmes that be demonstrated on the platform in order to assist amateurs and professionals blend their craft and shape their skills.
Also an interactive platform where fans meet to discourse various materials you post on the site and suggested areas of desire.
These are my views, and I hope it makes sense sir.
Thanks.
Great service. Responded quickly and resolved the issue the same for a refund.
Customer service is not very good at all. You don't need assistance very often, but when you do it's not up to par.
Also the image quality is usually great, but they need to weed out thousands of completely useless files that exist on their site, clogging up your searches.
They need to do quality control on EVERY image, they have many images on their that have HORRIBLE retouching and not nearly acceptable. An you don't see these problems until you purchase.
Ive been a customer of Dreamstime for more than 12 years and never had any problems. They are a top notch operation that values its customers.
Whenever I have the need for some interesting images for my Blog posts, i visit Dreamstime. Usually I find what I need and I am happy.
I'm a long time subscriber and love the images. Recently I made an error in purchasing an image and got an immediate refund, even though I had some responsibility for the error. Great response!
I've used several image providers before and the image I wanted for a particular project was posted on Dreamtime so I got the trial subscription for 5 cents. Great Deal! I will be the first to admit that I forgot to cancel later on and was hit with the full monthly charge. When I went to cancel, they offered a great deal. So I clicked on continue to get the deal. I did not see anywhere where they were going to charge me that day for an additional month. I thought they would be like all other sites and wait and charge me the next month. (unfortunately, I didn't take a screen shot so I couldn't go back and verify if the site really did say that.)
I reached out to customer service regarding the transaction. The response that I received was very condescending and rude from Gladys. I was rather shocked when she suggested that I cancel my account with instructions on how to do so. So I called the number in listed on the site for customer support. The person I spoke to on the phone was just as rude and condescending as Gladys. I ended up cancelling my subscription and getting a refund.
Based on reviews I just read, I am not the only one who has seen this issue when it comes to billing problems.
You can file several photo archive on internet, but Dreamstime is the one I like/use most.
The selection is wide, the search engine effective and simple to use, the prices are correct.
So... use it!
I have used dreamstime for around 8 years now but recently I signed up for an annual package and chose the wrong one in misunderstanding the overall cost. Straight away I contacted dreamstime and asked for a refund and to change to a different more affordable plan for me and they were quick to respond and happy to help.
Thank you so much dreamstime your excellent customer service and understanding is what will keep me coming back.
Fast, safe and very successful photos. You're so good
I used to always go to Dreamstime for my images over the years for my websites, but lately the prices have become really expensive. The prices are no where near what they used to be in the beginning. I now use Dreamstime as a last resort.
If it hadn't been for the rising prices per image I would have given a higher rating as enjoy the ease of using the site and the many images to choose from.
I am a website designer and frequently need images for my clients. I find dreamstime to be the most convenient and inexpensive site for me. Their inventory is just practically endless.
Is very great and the system with credits for pay is great. Sometimes the credits are high for the purchase of a picture.
I've been with Dreamstime for years - when every image was a $1. Then in later years, I never knew why the price of an image jumped after I bought it. Someone finally explained your business model. She said the more someone downloads an image, the price goes up. She said she can find the same photo on Canstockphoto. So in the last year or so I've been going elsewhere to find photos. (Personally, I think the competition is tough in this business.)
Just a side note... this area seems a little dated: http://screencast.com/t/yTiLZNYop. I'm an affiliate too so it took me forever to figure out how to transfer my earnings to credits.
I was grateful to Dreamstime in the beginning - it helped to easily and cheaply populate my site with photos.

I have a few sites where I can download images. I can usually find what I need but when I don't I come to Dreamstime. I can always find the image I need. I just don't like the per use pricing, which is appreciably more than my other resources like Canva and DolllarPhotoClub.
Am an artist and a bayer to.
And dreamstime is most useful for me.
I've used a lot of stock sites and I keep coming back to dreamstime. I like the interface, the prices are good (hopefully no price increases in the near future), and the selection to choose from is pretty wide.
The images are great but over the last few years the pricing has skyrocketed making it probative to use.
