Your credit pack pricing is misleading, I thought I was buying credit packs, but once I clicked purchase it says the plan renews monthly. I would love to see you clarify that wording.
Had to fill in Amex card 4 times, and it would not let me back in. Cleared cache and then I could GIVE YOU MONEY!
I purchased and had 100 paid images and they are gone.
Very frustrated. I tried to buy the backup plan for.99/month and it didn't work after trying many times. Finally it did work. But I don't understand the plans, or what I have or how to upgrade. The pictures are beautiful, but it is not a user friendly site.
I had images left, my understanding what that I could still use those images when I suspended my account. Today was my subscription due date, so I think I just paid $34 for images I can't use. To unlock the images again I took advantage of your offer, so I just paid another $20 for 15 images. I am expecting to get a $54 bill on my credit card, which really upsets me.

You had the image I needed. Great. BUT it would be nice to just buy the image I need for my book cover once a year. One pic one time.
Site is easy to use and I love that when an image sells, you mark it with the uploading data that I included.
I wasn't happy that my free week of 15 images was only more images with more logos all over the images. I must have not read the fine print. I love their images and the vectors just wish there had been a real free image or that it would have told me on the same page images will include logo's in your free week trial. Thanks!
