I recently ordered some real rings from this company a size bigger than the rings that I normally wear that I could use these rings on my thumbs.
When the products arrived I noticed they wouldn't even fit on my regular ring fingers. It was obvious that the wrong sizes were sent to me and I called their customer service number to inform them of the issue and was told that I needed to return the rings to them at my cost.
I feel that this is wrong as it wasn't my mistake.
Why should I have to pay to return rings that they incorrectly sent me.
I sent photo evidence of my claims as I still had other rings that I had purchased from them in the past that were clearly the same size as the rings that they sent instead of being larger.
In response to an email that I sent to them yesterday, I was just sent a cut and paste copy of their return and shipping policies.
I requested a free shipping envelope once again but I'm not expecting any different response.
Steer clear of this company.
They have horrible customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Own up to your mistakes and don't charge customers when you make them.
I'll never shop there again and I will spend the rest of my days telling my friends and family to avoid this company.

First and last time buying from dreamland. They have you pay shipping cost to get the items. If you need to return an item for any reason, you have to pay to ship it back. They then refund you minus the shipping cost for both ways even if the product is defective. Will never buy from this company again. I will stick to Amazon since you don't pay shipping either way.

Inferior product Worse customer service
On 3/29/2023 and 4/3/2023 respectively I received 2 rings. Today 6/26/2023 I contacted them regarding missing stones from both rings. I have no idea when the 3/29 ring lost its stone accent. The 4/3/23 lost its stone on 6/26/23 Customer Service said I was beyond the 60 day return policy and would do nothing. TWO RINGS that have become worthless junk in less than 90days. I'm not impressed and sorry I spent the money.

I bought a ring in 2014 for 5.45$ CAD. I lost the ring and wanted to buy it again, but now, the EXACT same ring is 32.68$ CAD (with a regular price listed at 60.28$). So the special price went up 600% in 9 years? We're talking about cheap silver rings. No need to say I won't buy with them again.

The reason I didn't rate it 1 star is because the products I bought from DreamlandJewelry in the past were of relative good quality for the price. But with the price increase, it's really not worth it.

I have made several purchases from dreamland without incident. Unfortunaly this time was an exception. I'm very very disappointed in the way that my ring has held up. I've only had it for 3 days before I noticed the 1st signs of trouble. I had a stone missing, then a few days later I had several stones missing. NOW I do not work so it can't be explained away because of hard work. Just poor craftsmanship. I've added pictures to show how disappointed the whole process has been. I'd love for dreamland to offer to replace but I'm not holding my breath that will never happen.

Very very disappointed. Ordered size 9 eternity to fit my thumb, this would not even go over my index finger and it was super sarp.

Paid 70.00 for a cross charm that in picture look like a nice sized necklace charm when I received it was not even size of a dime looked like something for a baby. Very unhappy.

I've ordered 2 rings by paypal, my location is Australia. This company sent my parcel through this UPS Global International Post like a month ago, I had paid already three payments and still no parcel. Customer service said I should contact them but Don't they supposed to find out by themselves where the parcel is and let me know where it is? Bad customer service. Furthermore, I have try to contact this UPS Global and there is not way I can make a Log In after been registered. They said my password rubbish doesn't work and now they are not answering my emails.

The Company is Scam Artists. I ordered 2 Items as a Birthday Present and suppose to get a free pair or earings and I find out the Scam Company charged Me for the same earings that were suppose to be free. I had to get My Bank Involved after I never got any response from their Useless Incompetent Customer Service after receiving a sealed up Package that only had one pair of earings. I am letting Everyone I know and ever meet to not ever order from this awful Scam artist Company.

Bought a cute pendant in Sedona AZ and realized I had no silver chain for it. Stumbled on their website and figured why not give it a go. I purchased a 20" popcorn chain and then happen to see adjustable oval blue opal bracelet. Again... why not!?! Well, I sure was surprised when the arrived a few days later. Both are absolutely beautiful and very comfy to wear. The both match perfectly with not only my pendant but also with a cute opal ring I also got in Sedona! I'm usually a yellow gold person... but since my hair is now silver... I feel like a princess! HIGHLY recommend this site and I will buy more from them.
