Any time I had any problems or did not understand something. I called the service. The person who answered the phone was extemely understanding and helpful. The only issue that I have is that it is not right, is for me to spend 20 credits on the same introductory video more than once. Once you pay for the Introductory video one time, thats it... one time. I never read anywhere that after 72 hours of viewing the Introductory video that you will be charged again. Again, I called to ask about this and the person was very professional.
