Signed up got my bonuses and won some money the day after I signed they said my account was linked to another account. They won't pay me my money and this whole online gambling is a Rip off. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS THEY ARE RIP OFF SCAMMERS! Most of the emails I got were from foreigners should tell you something about DraftKings.

I don't understand how the Sportsbook is 90 percent honest with payouts and the Pools on DK are fraud. I won a $5,000 dollar prize pool in the Fury vs Wilder boxing match and they only paid me 1.90 for 1st place. I went 12/12 in hard questions like what round would each boxer get knocked down. There were 5 or 6 possible answers to each question, so I know I couldn't have been tied with more that 1 or 2 other people. I don't believe I was tied with anyone. They told me I was tied with many people but couldn't tell me how many people because I knew they were lying. It was taking them 10 minutes to answer each of my questions on live chat because they didn't know what to say. I caught them in a lie. Millionaires who won't pay out even 400 dollar bets. Very Sad.

Was locked out of account. Support does not respond to service requests. They are stealing my money.

Everytime I have a question or anything I feel like it's answered and dealt with in a very timely manner. One of the team members today respectfully showed me that I made a mistake but was very awesome about it. Big shout out to Grace and thank you so much for your help.

Restricted/locked out of account. Uploaded all requested documents and changwd password multiple times as per their request.
Continue to receive Form letter response emails that dont apply and from different steps in the process. Requested a definitive time frame call back... never came. Customer service is an oxymoron for these morons.

My experiences after losing and winning total of 1.3 million dollars they froze my account they told me that my account was tied to 12 other accounts on their site which is impossible when you have to use your social security number to open account how is that my fault that if this did happen that's on them it's their at their site I even sent them a copy of my driver's license again and a selfie with the driver's license beside me and still won't unlock or unfreeze my account they tell me that there has to be all 12 accounts to send their photo ID selfie picture with it I'll be able to get my account active how do I know how long that's going to be was it just a hoax that they're doing it because I won so much money on there site I'm even a VIP member on there site and everytime I contacted them they give me the run around and also when I started with draftskings at the beginning I caught them taken almost $9000 out of my winning they say was for taxes well I didn't authorize them to due so and confronted them about taking it to social media and to the new broadcasts and they returned all the money that they supposedly took and credited it to my account and if you want to talk about there customer service it really sucks and when you request a call back it never happens unless you request it like 10 times before you received a call back and when your chatting with them thru live chat they never give you a straight answer it's always we dont handle that it's handled thru a different department that's the answer I always get what a joke this site has become for me!

I placed 5k. Promo states if I lose they will give me play credit. I tried to use credit and was unable to on multiple bets. First they claimed I was not eligible but I had proof then they gave it to me. They blamed it on IT etc. THER IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO. Tons of emails. I disputed charge because they did not provide me with the service they offered and won. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. I will file a claim in court next week. STAY AWAY. I will sell all my stocks as well because this company wont be able to sustain when they are scamming people out of money.

I had a parlay on the suns against the rockets, one of my legs was mcgee to get one+ blocks, me and my family all witnessed it happen, but for some reason DraftKings did not recognize it, that's bull$#*!! I'm done with this app.!

I decided to leave draftkings. I had a bank account linked to them yet they would not put remains funds back to the same account it came from. I emailed letting them know. I requested that my funds be returned to the same acct they came from then after my account be closed. Instead all that was done was my account was immediately closed. Despite further requests for months, that they open it back up, as they didn't do what I requested. After months passing by they have not opened account or returned remaining funds.

I made a bet on Justin Thomas reviwed my bet and when I checked later it was for the wrong player. I did it again same bet same player reviewed it again and it came back a different player. I immediately reported the problem and they said they cannot fix it. Neither bet was for much money but its the principle maybe Ill get lucky and win but thats not the point. Take your business to another sportsbook.

I've never used draftkings and I never will because of that annoying hockey speak commercial. Holy $#*! is it annoying! I played hockey in college and never heard anyone speak that way. If anyone did we would have smacked him around. PLEASE take it down.

Customer service is horrible, generic texts to tell u be patient, there working on it, 3 weeks had restrictions put on my account, still can't withdraw money, still no answer

Well they don't write the laws about where you can bet from what location, but if you can't bet and you try to withdraw your money, THEY NEED to let you withdraw your money. NOWHERE on their site does it show the status of your withdrawal either; you have to dig for the email they sent. Not only that, but they don't sent you an email when they cancel your withdrawal. You have to stick with them and push. I'm still awaiting a response, wondering what happened to $xxxx. Xx so yeah. Can't

I hit the bonus twice on gorilla wilds, both times it wouldn't let me unlock an island to play, I was doing $6 spins and got 3 bonus icons the 1st time and 4 the 2nd. I'm considered a "vip" and they gave me $6 back instead of winning at least $500 on the first bonus and over $1200 on the 2nd. There is no 800 #?#+ speak to anyone. I have a "vip" host gabby whose # +1 *******639 and couldn't do anything and now waiting 3 days for a call back.

I opted in for my casino losses and they tell me I didn't where I have proof. Then tried getting my account back open because I took a break and they sent me a email saying I have a gambling problem. I bet maybe 50 a week and my Attorney is filing a lawsuit against DraftKings. You don't send a email saying someone has a gambling problem. I would advise do not use them for fantasy or sportsbook there crooked and all they care about is $$$$ not there customers. Rating is a 1 or negative 10 by me and some other people who have the same problem. They will take your money in seconds but trying to get paid is like pulling teeth. I hope my attorney the best in Michigan makes them look so bad in court the judge might fine them millions because I have proof. The person who sent this email to me should be fired because no one proof reads there email which is a mistake. See you crooks in court.

I thought I could trust DraftKings online gambling and live casino but I can't and you shouldn't either. I have lost thousands with no returns what so ever. It's set up for you to lose and lose only. They scam and use bots with out a doubt. I have used many methods used in gambling and I always end up losing everything i have in my balance to 10-13 hand losing streaks (yes in a row) and this is on multiple occasions. That doesn't happen in real casino play and when you have lost all your money or course the next hand is your winning hand. I'm disappointed with all online gambling they will suck you dry and not blink a eye or have a bad feeling. I understand you aren't going to win every time but to lose every single time isn't right either. Never again will I trust any online gambling and to be honest it's only hurting the industry because I'll never be back ever. You lost a customer for life.
