(Over a week and can't get in my draftkings account

Well draftkings are being stupid...my account was frozen over a week ago because of suspension and unusual activity? I was play slots lol I sent them a selfie of my hold my D.L but now they want a copy of a bank account that I open with them 3 yrs. Ago that I haven't had for over a yr and a half.? What the____? Thing about 1st before joining them. It's been 4 days and no reply?
