I purchased a 42" Alvin ParaLiner straight edge, board cover, and double-sided tape. Everything was shipped in a timely manner. The cover was easy to tape to the board that I have. The Alvin ParaLiner was great until I started checking out the hardware pack and found the Clinch Stud was the wrong size. It was too big. I dislike (putting it mildly) making purchases online for this reason, so I was not able to take it back for a replacement. I called DEW Drafting supply the next day. I am very grateful the representative, apologized for the inconvenience and I received a whole new hardware set two days later in the mail. Thank you for your help and great service, even with a little glitch, I still give you a 5 star!
