The company lies about its 365 day risk free trial. My husband bought the original mattress years ago. I recently decided to try the summit upgrade for our new king frame. I tried to return this mattress because the chemical smell is so horrible and we have a baby in our room with a bassinet. Not to mention it is very uncomfortable for me. Because i used my husbands email the company is refusing to make any returns despite their false advertising. The VOCs give me headaches and make me nauseous. Extremely dissapointed in this product and customer care. Do NOT buy from them. The original purchase was to a completely different province and location.
