Quick to respond to questions. Great prices. I have multiple hosting and domains with Doteasy and they make it easy to deal with them. They are always great to deal with.

I CANNOT get my domains away from them. They have locked them to themselves and they are holding them hostage and ignoring me. A whois on them tells they are concealed. I have several businesses and have never concealed any of their identities. These guys are scammers.

When I looked at the amount I was to pay it came to $135 US but it said it was for 1 year hosting... I believe it should have said 3 yrs of hosting. I realized that it was 3yr x $45 and free web sign-up. I am thankful for the break and hope I am right. Is there an annual renewal for the web name for the 2nd and 3rd year or is it all included?

Doteasy will continue to charge your credit card even if you do not use their services. The fine print you don't see allows this. They will not send a renewal notice and to cancel you need to go through support. You cannot cancel on the web site. Beware.

I have a few website hosted with Doteasy and I've never had problems with them. Doteasy doesn't disappoint. I am starting a web shop and Doteasy is of course my first choice! It's great to be with a company that continues to deliver great support year after year. Would be great if they can have an email-only plan as their email is great and a lot more affordable than signing up a gmail or outlook account!

Doteasy really takes the "easy" part of their name seriously. I can't believe how fast they work to resolve issues (usually issues that I created myself as a non-tech savvy business owner). They never talk down to you or make yo u feel like a doofus when you contact support for any reason - they just solve problems. I can't imagine using any other host again!
