This company charged me 3 times for the same service in 2024. I called the company and informed them about it and they said no refunds. They are not affiliated with any government service. I filled a complaint with the Federal Trade commission. Stay away! If you go to reviews on their website there is no "write a review button"

Scammers that convince you of services you don't need, neglect your opinions and demands. End up harassing you regardless if you demand to be left alone

I tried to contact FMCSA Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration U.S. Department of Transportation, to relate my nightmare experience with Dumbo Moving and Storage who along with the managing agent of my building David Fleishman committed fraud by falsifying a d filing a fraudulent inventory and bill of laden resulting in most of my belongings being thrown out and trashed like so much garbage, Victimizing me. FMCSA doesn't respond to emails, so I was forced to spend postage and write a very long letter to them. The result was they didn't have the common decency to respond, they even blocked me from expressing my very understandable frustration with the company from their Facebook page. There is no way to review them. All I found was one review site for the DOT Compliance Group which is misleading since it is a third party site which they readily admit only after you contact them have nothing to do with the government agency DOT
But is still deceptive. The DOT Compliance Group flagged me for my review on Trustpilot. I get scammed and defrauded by Dumbo Moving and Storage (and David Fleishman) and victimized a second time by the government. The trauma this has caused, I can't even find support for scams and frauds.

I called Dot compliance group because I needed help I spoke with Kimberly Lach I.D. number ******* I explained to her that I was new to the trucking buisness and that I had no ideal what I was doing she was was very polite she informed me that she would help me through it step by step and that's exactly what she did it was did in no time without any problems she also informed me that if I had any questions about anything else I could call her anytime and she would help. I appreciated her help that day because I was lost if I could give her ten stars I would because she made my day go so much smoother Kimberly if you see this review thanks I really appreciated your help.

Customer service is helpful. I like their professionalism, ease of communication & quality of service. They are helping us in conducting drug and alcohol testing and sharing timely reports.

Here I am going to share my experience with the DOT Compliance group, When I was new to the trucking industry I was looking for drug and alcohol testing consortium for my drivers. Then I got an email stating that we need to enroll in a drug and alcohol testing consortium to stay in compliance with federal laws, then I enroll in this program. They are using up to date equipment and sending reports on time. I am satisfied with their service.
