Order *******: Basically a scam. Ordered on 12/12/19 and paid $5 extra for 24hr rush processing. Emailed Dose of Roses on 12/19/19 when order had not been shipped. No response whatsoever. Christmas comes and goes without a word from them. 3 weeks go by (1/2/20) and part of the order is shipped. It is a sad looking rose that I can't stomach to give to my wife as a Christmas present, let alone an early valentine's day present at this point. It is in no way worth $100.00.
The company printed the shipping labels DAYS before ever sending the product to make it seem like they were sending it out. This is clearly coming from China if it takes 3 weeks for them to put it in a box and send it to you. I mean, I have literally received items directly from China faster and with better customer service, as Dose of Roses customer service is non-existent. Hands down the worst transaction I've ever had with a company. Disputed charge with credit card. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I'm embarrassed to give this to my wife. I had no idea it was made out of plastic. I could of found something better at a flea market. The 24k stamped on the side of the stem is bs. Unless they started making gold out of plastic. It looked so pretty in the pictures. They should of paid me to take this poc. I'm sorry babe. Oh and let's not forget it took over a week and a half longer for delivery. I wish it would of never showed up, then I could dispute the charge. I'm thinking about telling my wife it got lost. That's how cheap this thing looks. I feel horrible that I got this for my wife as a gift. The only good that will come out of this is she will get a good laugh. She'll probably think it's a joke I'm playing on her.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. Where to begin. Customer service is absolute trash. Tried contacting customer service about 4 times now with no response to either email or phone calls. Shipping estimates are entirely inaccurate. Was expecting 7-10 business days. Took 20 business days. No refunds or returns. And if you are even granted the refund its a store credit. Absolutely pathetic company.

The pink rose that I got two weeks ago is still pretty amusing. I woke up earlier today, opened and smelled it, it still has this magnetic smell that I love. It looks perfect and it's just this small piece of joy I get to just pick up and enjoy everyday.
