I placed my order on January 31st with the promotion of it being at my house by February 11,2020. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It is now February 14,2020 (VALENTINE'S DAY) and i have yet to receive my order or even yet a confirmation number. A week prior to today i emailed you guys and Julie replied back stating she would next day air ship them and that was also false. I needed my product today since I'm planning on PROPOSING to my girlfriend. Now i have to go look for a back up. Really pissed about this and never will i order from you again and i will be telling everyone i know about my experience. I would like a complete refund and you can keep your product since you haven't even shipped it out yet. A response would be much appreciated.
I ordered weeks before Valentine's day. And I was told my order would be Valentine's day arrival which is February 11th. I contacted them because my package did not arrive February 11th. I was told that my package was lost in transit. They said they would send it to me UPS next day air but, they actually sent it UPS ground. Which means that I will receive my package a week after Valentine's day. When I ordered the package the third day of January. This unjust. I strongly advise that no one spends money here. I dont understand why I'm being punished by the company's poor performance. I've been nothing but, professional but this really takes the trust out of online shopping.

I order my valentine's gifts from there website on February 1st and they just now emailed me at 9:30pm 1 and half days before valentine's day to tell me they canceled my order. Now I'm stuck running around looking for something to get my wife and if your a man you understand how if feels to give your girl a rush bad gift and all I get a cancel email not even a sorry smh. Will be posting on every website I can.

I ordered a rose bear and LED light up rose on January 29th from Doses of Rose's and its now February 12th and I have yet to receive my order. I tried to contact customer service but the phone line says no agents are available. I've sent numerous emails and haven't received a single response. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM them again. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to get my money back.

This is such an excellent idea to give as a gift if you really want them to know you were thinking of them when you bought that gift. They could also keep the roses for years and the box for even longer than that.
