I placed the order 12 days ago! For them to "misplace" the product in pre shipping.
I had to remind them that my order was not here yet.
For them to just say, I'm sorry, we will send it out again but you will have to wait another 7-10 days for this order. They then had to create a new order for me, A NEW ORDER. Order *******.
I have never met a company that didn't try and help their customers and at least express ship the damn thing that I ALREADY PAID FOR! I even asked for them to express it, and they said they will send it the same way they would have before.
It will have been almost 20 days before getting this product. I could have ordered something off of eBay to be here faster.
This product was a graduation gift. WAS a Gift. A $500 GIFT that is now LATE and CUSTOMER SERVICE has done nothing but say, "my apologies for the inconvenience."
