THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM.
They were so bad I had to leave a review on the Better Business Bureau and go to find out, they had already been investigated because they received so many complaints.
The company sent us the wrong order, and refused to make it right. Finally when they agreed to do an exchange for the product that was ordered they would only give back a portion of my original payment. And then tried up charging me for the new product. When I asked for an explanation of how they got to the number they were offering in the invoice they would not explain.
The flowers looked awful when they came and smelt like mildew.
There are SO many more companies out there that do the same for the same price, if not less, that I would suggest anywhere else. I ordered from Venus Et Flur after and they did a really good job.
JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
The moment I saw the galaxy rose bouquet here at dose of roses, I knew I wanted one and I'm gonna get one. I have it with me already and they look way better than the pictures online. I'm in love with them, thank you so much.
