My son bought a bed in April dormeo were quick to take his money but have done nothing to correct the problem they sent a damaged badly packaged bed it was ripped box badly torn packaging dreadful he's complained constantly asking for a replacement. They wouldn't do anything to put it right. After waiting 8 weeks for the shoddy bed to be collected he rang them again they said another 4 weeks he was given £55 compensation for their incompetence. When they issue the refund they will deduct the compensation payment. Today 16th June a request for a refund don't go near dormeo unless you want the problems my son has had l strongly don't recommend dormeo lve had to write this as my son is autistic and can't argue his side without help
Do not buy from this company, you will never receive what you've ordered, they are liars, don't trust them!
After suffering from chronic neck pain for years and having tried other pillows recommended to reduce associated pain without success I tried the Dormeo Memory Octasense Delux pillow and WOW! No more all day headaches, no more sore eyes and no more neck pain. Ok it's not cheap at £55.00 a go but I would happily pay this amount and more to get these results, it works and works well and it's really that simple.
I would highly recommend for anyone who knows the misery of neck pain.
