A Work Not Professionnal, Shingle Not Aligned, Cleaning Not Done In Front Of My Home For 8 Days. I give zero star.

Done right roofing did a very bad work. Shingle were not aligned, small and big piece of shingle here, small there... When job was finished, I climb on my roof.
I was mad. I complain, they send me the "chief" inspector... witch surprisingly was the guy who did the job. Surely, the man tells his boss that the job was perfect. No supervisor came to see the roof. One man came 8 days later to clean all the junk they had left. I had call 4 time for a cleaning being done. I send pictures of the roof to the company. They did not reply. The worker leave all the garbage, bottles, can, in a carton for one week in front of my home. I found food left over from Tim Horton in the bushes, coffee cup, plastic chocolate cup, around the house and a pile of shingle on my parking. The manager send a letter to Better Business Bureau telling that they have done all they can to please me. But since I complain when the job was finished, they could not have done a thing for me as they say. It takes me 5 years to put enough money on the side for my roof. Sad. How can some customers give 5 stars to the incompetents people?
