Let me start by saying that every company should conduct business they way Bruce Aleo does; there would be many many happy customers if they did. I found Done Right Landscape on the Better Business Bureau website and was completely amazed at the outstanding reviews and amazing pictures of Bruce's work. As a result, I hired this company and was not at all disappointed! They are a first rate company and Bruce is a genius! We met and discussed at length what I wanted and Bruce designed everything perfectly! The whole crew is amazing. They are prompt, attentive, courteous, and work the entire day, only stopping for a very brief lunch. I made some changes to my original plan and Bruce accommodated them immediately (and added some extra beauty of his own). I trusted him and his skill at making everything come together as well as any suggestion he had for a beautiful outcome. He completely transformed (and that's putting it mildly) the landscape in the front of my house so much so that I was speechless! People were stopping and asking him for his card and when the job was completed, people would just stop and stare at how beautiful it was. I plan to have work done on the back of my house next year and you can bet it will be Done Right Landscape doing the work! I can positively say there is NO better company in business today that is better than Done Right! Bruce, you're the best!

This is the second time we've used Done Right Landscape after having such a wonderful first experience with Bruce and his team. We decided to call them back for a patio, fireplace and bench wall in a half shaped circle. We are completely blown away at the transformation Done Right has done on our backyard. The patterns, colors and textures he recommending were breathtaking once completed. Everyone that comes over cannot believe that it's the same yard. I'm convinced that Done Right Landscape is the right choice and I highly recommend them to everyone.

There are not many companies that provide excellent customer service these days no matter what they lead you to believe, but that is certainly not the case with DONE RIGHT LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION, the Leading Landscape Construction Contractor in Eastern Massachusetts. We had a problem with the gate latch on our fence. I know how to make minor adjustments, but this was beyond my capability and it needed an expert to fix the problem. The beautiful yard was created by Done Right in 2015. Today I sent an email to Bruce Aleo, the owner of DONE RIGHT along with a couple of pictures of the gate latch problem. I did not expect a response until sometime later next week because today is Sunday (October 25,2020). Totally unexpected and pretty unbelievable, my phone rang within an hour and it was Bruce. He stated that he would come over later in the day *** on a Sunday! He called me at 3:30PM and was at my house by 4PM. The problem was resolved within 15 minutes and I was so appreciative.

Done Right Landscaping re designed our entire front yard. Bruce's designs and ideas were exactly what I wanted. His creativity and attention to detail was outstanding.

My yard was overgrown for over three years. Trees from the woods had established roots across my property and the growth was approximately 4 feet of weeds, trees, vines, and just about everything you can imagine. Bruce and his crew did an amazing job of removing all of the growth and pulled out the trees by their roots. They pulled, cut, trimmed and weeded the entire lot. They shaped the shrubbery that had been over grown and trimmed bushes into aesthetically professional works of art. They went beyond the contract and did an amazing job. In short they made me feel great about my home.
Bruce was able to do the work earlier that scheduled. It was amazing how fast and how well his crew worked, When they left, everything was hauled away and the yard was blown clean of any loose trimming. It went GREAT.

The front of my house looked like a jungle since it was taken over by weeds and overgrown bushes. We were also in desperate need of some type of fencing since we needed privacy and wanted to keep neighbor's animals out from doing their business on our front lawn. Taking on the landscape was out of our comfort zone so my boyfriend and I finally made the decision to shop around for landscaping quotes. As a first time homeowner, I am very skeptical and cautious about hiring any company to do any work on my house. While shopping around, we came to realize that certain landscaping companies only perform work they are best at and most didn't even include installing fences. Some showed their discomfort in our request, which made us very uncomfortable to hire them because we wanted the best results for the money we were going to spend. After searching around once more, I stumbled upon Done Right Landscaping. I've seen their signs on work they have done around the area, so I just did a little more research before wasting my time again. Come to find out, they do everything! Fencing, asphalt, landscaping, pavers, and even tree service! Even though they offered it all, I hoped that the outcome was as good as the companies that concentrated on what they were great at.

Bruce, who I found out later was the owner of the company, came by the house as soon as he was available. Once we told him about the work that we needed, he was very helpful about all the good or bad decisions that we were making. Even though other landscaping companies suggested other work to make it easier for them, Bruce suggested work that would make our house beautiful and we felt very comfortable with how above and beyond he wanted to go for us. We agreed on pavers, fencing, pruning of this terrible tree that ruined our cars, and low maintenance plants that is great for busy workers like my boyfriend and I. It sounded so good so we just had to do it!

Now just to be clear, they were definitely pricey, but a price definitely worth paying. They finished in three days! Everything was as perfect as he described it and now I am falling in love with my house all over again! I would find any excuse to go outside just to walk on those pavers. The comfort of reassurance from Bruce and his team with the outcome of the job made the experience absolutely worth it. I am in complete bliss and would recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

I had been looking for someone to clean my yards for a couple of months and then I found Done Right Landscaping. I highly recommend them because both my front and back yard were a mess, I couldn't even walk on them.
They came out right away and cleaned my yards so that they look like when I first moved in.
I did have another company come out to give me an estimate but Done Right price was less than half of what they quoted me.
Bruce and his guys were fantastic and I know I will be calling them again soon.

This was my 3rd time in two years working with Done Right. Last year they did significant design and landscape work to my lawn and this year installed a sprinkler system and performed a spring clean up.
There is a reason I am repeat customer with Done Right, their work and professionalism is second to none. The quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness is first class. A lot of storm damage to plantings from the winter.

Pulled out damaged plants, weeded all beds on four sides of the house and around back yard borders. Trimmed shrubs.

Replaced plants in front and back, regarded and mulched all beds.

Cleaned out debris under deck covered ground with fabric and then with crushed stone.

Made a quote and estimated time to perform.

He kept to his quote and to our delight came a few weeks early. We thought the work would take a few days but they came with enough workers to finish in only one day.

Boy, was it difficult to find someone to do a spring cleanup in May. But, Bruce responded quickly. Received an email the day after I contacted him and came by that day (Sunday) to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. Thought it would take a week or so for work to begin but he and his crew showed up the next day!

My backyard needed so much more that a spring cleanup. Nothing had been done out there for a year. Bruce and his team took out of every weed and leaf which was quite a task as I have garden space around the whole perimeter of the back yard – as well as edge the whole area and mow the lawn. With the black mulch the back yard has gone from ugly overgrowth to a beautiful showcase. As a bonus they also cleaned up my front yard and along the side of the house.

I asked Bruce if anything could be done with my old arborvitaes which were hanging and damaged by the winter. I can't believe how great they look after they trimmed and tied them up. They look like they did 10 years ago!

Bruce is a genuine and wonderful person and his crew is professional and hardworking. They did this all in one day from early morning to late afternoon. These guys are unbelievable! Thank you so much.

When I called Bruce for an estimate for a spring cleanup, he got back to me within a day and then agreed to come out to give us an estimate the next morning. The crew did a beautiful job and turned a place full of debris into an immaculate yard. Bruce is a pleasure to work with and all communication was very clear and professional. Done Right Landscape & Construction installed a new walk way, including granite steps, and widened our driveway with pavers and lighting. David Weissenberg came to assess the work needed, provided recommendations, and gave a comprehensive proposal. The estimate was very detailed, and the cost was very reasonable. Their craftsmanship was excellent. They brought an expert crew, and were very good at keeping the work site clean during construction. I plan on definitely using them again for future work.

Done Right Landscape & Construction are miracle workers. Bruce came over and consulted us free of charge and emailed us a proposal the very same day. We absolutely loved the work he proposed. After Bruce gave us a date of start and price estimate, it was a GO.

Done Right Landscape & Construction took our once small and blah backyard and transformed it into a beautiful urban oasis. In the span of 3 weeks, I watched a large patch of dead grass and poorly crafted decks turned into a beautiful, hardscaped backyard complete with stone planter walls, a large paver patio, natural gas fire-pit and an amazing outdoor Kitchen. My wife and I moved into a house that basically needed a landscape overhaul. We called about 5 to 6 contractors and no one came close to the professionalism, design ideas or had reasonable pricing more than Done Right Landscape.

We met with Bruce who is extremely passionate about his work, super friendly and wants to make sure the client is very happy. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, He is very knowledgable and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Done Right's experienced team installed a Paver walkway, paver Driveway, Granite steps and a circular patio, then they installed a complete new sprinkler system for both the front and backyard, then they installed new sod in front and back yard, planted two trees one Kousa Dogwood in the front of our home and built a techo-bloc circular retaining wall around it and one Japanese Red Maple in the backyard, Installed a vinyl fence with two gates, they also installed night lighting and completed the landscaping with a variety of colorful low maintenance plants. As you can imagine this was a big project and Done Right delivered as promised all for a very reasonable price compared to what others were quoting. It took his team about a 2 weeks to complete the whole project which was ahead of schedule and they were super clean which was fantastic. We couldn't have chose a better contractor and we Highly recommend them to everyone. We are already contracted to use them again this coming season and we can't wait!
