I called back because i paid for extra topping on my pizza which i did not get. The explanation was they was out of the topping i ordered. I got charged for them and i asked why i wasn't told before i left the store and i was told they didn't have time to tell me, i don't appreciate the smart comments when i told them i paid for something i didnt receive, i should have been called and or refunded for the topping i didn't receive.

So I have been ordering delivery fromDomino's Pizza in Ringe, NH for 1.5 years now and attempted to order food today because I'm finally was able to eat solid food.
Well I ordered some pasta, took my card and everything was set just like every order that I've placed in the past.
I get a call from the manager Erin that was 20 minutes later saying that they can not deliver to my address because it was out of their delivery area!
So I looked at the map of the blue line she sent and it is like 1 second from my house!
Obviously past management totally understood the delivery issues and accommodated me by making money which is a great business move since they would not loose any money.
When she called me we argued back and forth about the distance that was only 6 minutes away...
She sent me screenshots of the cut off line and I sent her the breakdown of where it was going to be delivered.
I'm so done with Domino's from now on and thank you to Jaffrey Pizza Barn for being an amazing new place to go to!

Ordered two medium pizzas when tax, tip, and delivery charge were all in the total was 72.72 dollars! When I complained to the driver about the two hour wait for delivery I was told they were busy and two hours behind. Never communicated to me! Then I was asked if I got the twenty percent discount for ordering online? Well, no, a discount was never apparent. I guess you have to know to click on coupons to get the discount being offered to all deliveries! If its offered on delivery, then JUST GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT! Will never make that mistake again, going elsewhere.

Very appealing and good food. Fast delivery and friendly service as well.

We will be ordering again.

I was offered a free emergency pizza through dominoes in my email and i was going to order some other stuff too but when i went to order it online the deal was there, but then it disappeared, so i called the store and had to listen to this automated crap over and over for around 40 minutes waiting for a human to pick up then i was just cut off when an offer is made it should be honored i never did get a human on the phone so i called back, and the same thing happened i never did get any service,,, the food isn't worth the trouble i spent over an hour and a half on the phone this happened in toccoa, georgia

Beware of Fraud Delivery Agents of Domino's Pizza. Many Delivery agents of Domino's Pizza demand 'Extra Money' in the name of Due Amount.

I ordered pizza from a Domino's Store in Jabalpur. The order was already Paid Online through UPI. Inspite of that, the delivery agent came to my doorstep and told me that there was some 'Due Amount' which I have to pay, and he showed me his Personal Phone pe QR-code.

When the Grand Total amount mentioned in the bill is already paid online, then how can any amount be due?

And moreover, why would he ask me to pay the money in his Personal UPI QR-code?

Be Cautious, Be Alert.
If this happens to you, don't pay the delivery partner, and immediately complain against him.

I ordered a pizza and some parm bites from the Domino's on Big Spring Street. I am very upset of how my food turned out. The manager seems so stressed out that he couldn't do his job effectively to do great customer service. I think the Domino's needs to have more help for him if he can't seem to do a job correctly. It's not my problem you're short staffed. That's no reason to give bad food or rude service. I would not be returning to that particular location due to the manager's rude service when I had a complaint. I myself work all night and just wanted something hot to eat that tasted good but when I tried it it was tasteless and nasty but thanks bro. I should have eaten McDonald's I waited the same amount of time. He did refund my money that's all he did right

I ordered online order my order was late 30 minutes after I was told to wait with rewards of extra pizza. After waiting they charged their extra pizza with a sauce that I don't like. After I got home found out the pizza was wrong my kids Frind don't eat the ingredients on it. Call the place, the answer was with no consideration come back make sure bring the olde pizza with you.
I was forced to order pizza for my party from Pizza Hut it was fast and fresh.

I hear too many stories of ex employees talking about and showing health food hazards all over the country from domino's, so it seems to be common. Mold, rat $#*!, dough being left out or next to cleaning supplies, sauce in gross buckets. These kitchens are filthy! The pizza is always bland and soggy anymore. Nothing is ever made fresh. You can just tell its filthy in there. I would rather spend $20 on a pizza elsewhere than risking getting sick from your food. You used to be good 8 years ago

I had a mess so one guy on the phone said he would give me 20 reward points. I got an e-mail with a 60 point redemption and when I go to my account it show 20 points and I can't use the 60 ever. I called corporate and you can't talk to a human so I'm as they say *&^#@!. Piss on Domino's!

Cheap, nasty and plastic. Eat only if you have no taste. Worst food ever. Rely on marketing and not quality

Will likely never order from Domino's again for a few reasons. While the pizza came quickly the pizza was only Luke warm and did not have enough cheese. As well the delivery man was rude when I gave him a more than adequate tip. Not a happy customer

Your company is too much trouble to order from and it is not worth it. 1 hour and I still can't get through and I try to order online too much trouble with your application I'll go to Pizza Hut. And you never give me the credits I should be having a free pizza but you don't record properly I don't get the points that I deserve to get for the pizza and you're high prices

This is the absolute worst store ever! Online ordering system never works or the phone. They just hang up on you instead of answering it. Then you get there to order and they are out of pan pizza!?!? Why did you even ask what kind of crust if you only have one? Finally get it home $39. Dollars later and my dog will not even eat it! Terrible not ever going back! Oh yeah and the lacy at the window hates her job too

My delivery man, Bobby Callaway from Lafayette parkway in Lagrange Ga is an angel! It's my grand babies first time in a hotel. He came, everything was perfect, he was so nice! He found out it was her birthday and gave her 5 dollars and she literally was so excited! It was the Best gift ever. He doesn't know her or me, but wanted to make her birthday special! So not only was everything Perfect! He was perfect and so kind! Thank you Bobby Callaway! You're so special! God bless!

Our pizza was cut wrong. We like it square cute and by the different cuts you could tell it was cut wrong first and then they recut it to look square. We ordered an XL Brooklyn pizza with pepperoni and sausage. We only got pepperoni.

There was barely any sauce, the dough tasted like eating cardboard and the cheese had no taste. Worst pizza ever. Customers service was excellent, they were very nice but the pizza was very bad. Wonder if they tasted the pizzas they make.

My husband and I ordered a pizza by phone, when we got there it wasn't ready said they never got order, no be deal. While we were there the person behind the counter accidently put the wrong order on our debit card. They said don't worry I'll make sure it comes right off. We paid for our pizza and left. Well two months later, four trips to Auburn store and several call we still haven't got our $18.35 back. What has happened to old fashion customer service. This NEVER should have gone on this long.
